Obs

Observations -
The vital signs taken when monitoring a patient/casualty, namely:
Temperature (temp)
Respiratory rate (resps) [aka, how many breaths they take in a minute]
Pulse (bpm - beats per minute)
Oxygen satuartion (O2 sats) [measured in %]
Blood Pressue (BP)

Also taken into account is how alert/responsive a patient/casualty is, the colour of their skin, and depending on the circumstances how constricted their pupils are.
